This project is an adaptive reuse project and the result we aspire to have is to renovate Villa Badran from its current state into a more purposeful building and that to be is a music center due to the lack of this type of buildings in the area and this will be done by using the organic design of the building and the form of musical notes. Choosing this function was because the area have a lot of schools ad have heavy people traffic so it can help culturize people specifically at young ages and school kids can be more educated about Egyptian history in music . the main zones were chosen to show the variety this center can give to the community like entertainment , educational , relaxing , culturizing areas that may needed .
ISSUES:
1-Misuse of the building architectural value and neglecting iconic organic design.
2-The need to integrate between history of
musical theatre and artistic l ibrary through interior space program.

1-To formulate design program that integrate musical and history to enhance the
